Fans Speculate After Klum Calls Costume ‘Ugly’

This isn’t the first time ‘ Halloween Queen ‘ Klum has dropped clues about her 2025 Halloween look.

Earlier this month, she teased fans with a sneak peek, sharing a lifelike clay model of her face on Instagram with the caption, “This is only the beginning.” Here are all the BTS posts that Klum has been making to tease the fans!

The 52-year-old mom of four-Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou, whom she shares with ex-husband Seal-had already promised her fans that her costume this year would be “extra ugly and super scary.”

During an August appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” she laughed, “Let’s not ruin it. We have exactly 86 days, but who’s counting?”

Klum’s annual Halloween bash has evolved into a true New York tradition since she first launched it in 2000. Over the years, celebrity guests like Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin have stunned with coordinated couple costumes, while stars such as Frankie Grande have given the supermodel fierce competition in the costume department.

Reflecting on her journey to Halloween icon status, Klum admitted it took time to perfect her signature transformations. “I had to do my own hair and makeup,” she once recalled. “I didn’t know anyone at the time who does special effects makeup. But over the years, I’ve met amazing people, and they help me now.”

For the last several years, Klum has collaborated with prosthetic makeup designer Mike Marino, whose film credits include “The Penguin” and “A Different Man.” Marino compared creating Klum’s elaborate Halloween looks to “war.”

“You basically prepare for some sort of extreme challenge,” he told Today last year. “It’s never easy. But that’s what we do. I’m one of the luckiest people in the world.”
